This is my painting Winter Berries which I completed earlier this year. The branches are from two trees down at the farmyard, about 200 meters from my home. The second photo shows it hanging, reflections and all, in my kitchen.

This painting has a mixture of wet in wet and very detailed realistic elements to it, and is painted on a handmade sheet of Khanda organic Indian Cotton Rag paper. I gave a talk about it as part of my series of Daily Coffee Break Talks during the run of my Highland Seasons exhibition. The FB link below will take you to the page.
